I began “The Weight Loss Cyclist” as a way to help others who struggle with maintaining their weight. Health was never really one of my concerns, it wasn’t until it was too late, that I realized it’s important. My unhealthy habbits led me to develop diabetes at the age of 25 and by the time I was 28 I had been to the hospital 3 times and nearly died because of my overweight problems. At that point I had enough, I decided to change my life and in 6 months went from 350 to 252 pounds. I’ve made it my journey to help those who struggle, like I did, with weight management, and to show them that through cycling, anything is possible.
